The data collected for processing activities relating to access to the Platform, Account creation and provision of services are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship with GOTTEX.
They are subsequently retained for five (5) years for evidence purposes.

For the management and monitoring of the commercial transaction
|
The data collected for the management and monitoring of the commercial relationship are kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with GOTTEX. They shall subsequently be retained for five (5) years for evidentiary purposes. Invoices and accounting data are retained for a period of ten (10) years.

Payment of Products and payment services
|
The payment data of the User is deleted once the transaction has been completed, then archived / retained for a period of thirteen (13) months after the date of the transaction. Regarding payments made via credit cards, such data may be retained as evidence if the transaction is disputed, within temporary files, for a period of thirteen (13) months (or fifteen (15) months if payment is deferred) from the date on which the debit is made. In all cases, the visual cryptogram is not affected by this retention, and the bank details are deleted on expiry of the date indicated above.

Sending newsletters

The data used in the context of sending newsletters and other alerts are kept for a period of three (3) years from the end of the business relationship if the User is a Customer of the Operator. If the User is not yet a Customer, the data used to send newsletters and other alerts are retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the last contact with GOTTEX. Thereafter, the data of the User is retained for a period of five (5) years, for evidence purposes, in accordance with the provisions in force (French Insurance Code, Mutual Society Code, Commercial Code, Civil Code, Consumer Code, Homeland Security Code, etc.).

Management of requests to exercise rights |
Data relating to the management of requests to exercise rights are retained for the entire duration necessary to process the request. They are then archived for the duration of the applicable criminal statute of limitation in intermediate archiving.

Management of the proper functioning of the Platform |
The data are retained for a period of thirteen (13) months. Beyond this period, the raw traffic data associated with an identifier is either deleted or made anonymous. |
