nice swimsuit, shame about the delivery

Having paid a lot for delivery of this item I was very annoyed that DHL did not deliver and I was made to walk to convenience store half a mile away to pick it up. My address was clearly on the order and delivery was due when I got a fresh email to tell me this. Not what I would expect for the £12 charge.
