We ship all our products with FedEx globally and the prices for shipping vary based on the country of delivery.
Zone 1: 3-5 business days 15,00 €.
Zone 2: 3-5 business days 16,00 €.
Zone 3: 3-5 business days 17,00 €.
Zone 4: 3-5 business days 19,00 €.
Zone 5: 3-5 business days 20,00 €.
Zone 6: 5 business days 25,00 €.

Submit a return request
- Click the Account link on the top right corner of the store's header.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, the processing period is of 14 business days, (excluding weekends and holidays) for the refund to be issued.
We are pleased to offer in most cases, a parcel collection service for any purchase that meets our Policies for returns.
if you wish to exchange any items, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a refund for your return. This will enable you to avoid disappointment, since the items you want may sell out before the return is received. Please note that we are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability until we receive your return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
In order to qualify for a return, the item must be brand new and show no signs of wear. It must also have all of its original tags, packaging, and labels. The original packaging in which products are sold are considered part of the product and must also be returned undamaged and unused. In the event that items are returned without their branded packaging, they will not be accepted.
We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered, or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other chemicals.
The delivery cost of the return package will be deducted from the refund amount. This price may vary depending on the weight, volume, and country of the returning package.
For orders within the European Union, any shipping or gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable. Kindly note that for international orders the costs of gift wrapping, shipping, as well as any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
Please note Gottex monitors the number and condition of products returned and orders canceled by customers. Violations of our returns policy, frequent returns, or cancellations will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.
Kindly note that only accept the return of swimwear if the original hygienic sticker (when applicable) was not removed and it’s still in its place. Some styles do not contain the hygienic sticker in which case it is possible to return them.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned policy, Gottex reserves the right to make any final decision in case of refund requests based on unique and/or extraordinary circumstances that might arise from objective difficulties during the return process. Gottex also reserves the right to make the final decision in lieu of the returns policy and/or to charge an additional restocking and processing fee might additionally be applied for.
